MATT NEWMAN Now a court says you need to pay us back that $12K plus court cost

I won a a judgment against Matthew Erick Newman of Firm Foundations Concrete LLC on June 23, 2026. The original court date was May 12, 2026. Matt stated at that time that He had an attorney and he could not be there. Then on June 23, 2026 he showed up with no attorney. In the end he could not produce any receipts or logged hours of work and the judger ordered him to pay me. This has been a very long and trying process but I won. I would suggest that Matthew Erick Newman do as the court has ordered and as I asked for nearly seven months, pay us now $12, 206.50.
